Organizational Development and Training Services
Includes nonprofit and coalition establishment, grant writing and individual donor support; organizational change towards an Anti Bias framework (DEI and JEDI approaches), health equity, faith & sexuality, religious solidarity workshops and lecture series design and facilitation as well as systemic assessments and transformation; strategic growth, Board/staff relationship facilitation, consulting on community-led organizing & advocacy based initiatives with a focus on US immigrant populations.
Wedding Services
Includes a progressive, anti-caste approach to Hindu rituals for new beginnings and marriage, with a focus on LGBTQ+ weddings. I am registered with the DC Marriage Bureau and am licensed to officiate in the US.
Translation/Interpretation, Transcription Services and Language Access frameworks
Includes translation services for Hindi/English and Spanish/English documents, interpretation services in Hindi/English, Urdu/English and Spanish/English. Transcription of medical and/or public health and social justice events. Developing language access policies, procedures, monitoring and enforcement in public and private settings. Training frontline service staff on language access and working with non-English dominant populations.
